My apologies to all those who i promised i would visit their blog and to those whose comments i ahve not replied to. I have been very busy lately and hardly have any time to blog. This post is from a saved draft that i planned to post earlier but never got to until now.

I am so allergic to wisdom and intelligence Aamir. I am allergic to saints swamis gurus babas bhagwaans who are selling wisdom in your country. And your countrymen buy it, paint it and sell it back to us.
ReplyDeleteI have never heard of any Baba swami or guru going to Somalia sudan Rwanda and sell their wisdom there.
Terrific pictures Aamir, calm relection, very soothing to my tired eyes.
Excellent pictures and texts to think about.
ReplyDeleteAri:
ReplyDeleteThis is one of the best from you becoz it brings peace and relaxation to anyone who sees it.
Thank you for sharing with us.
I changed my camera to kodak easyshare and started playing with it. I pictured myself looking at the mirror and experimenting a lot.
Good reflections.

It's freezing here...

awesome pictures of reflection .. i wonder if it would still reflect at 12 noon when the sun shines right above !!
ReplyDeleteNo apologies needed . the sharing of your talent is thanks enough. these posts to me are a lil different than your past, different not being bad. Great shots reminds me of the serenity of the country..I guess I must admit call me selfish I would however love to see you post more.. ;o) but I can 100 percent relate to the NO time thing. Where do all the hours go? Just not enough of them!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful pics and quotes to match. thank you for sharing . I especially like these lines" “The state of your life is nothing more than a reflection of your state of mind.” so true.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful series, Ari! :). My favourite is the series of birds.
ReplyDeleteNo need for apologies, we all get busy from time to time. Auto pilot can be our best friend :). Keep them coming...
Lovely pics, bro ! the last one is my favourite ! weren't these the Yosemite pics ? i recall seeing them before. i guess Ramadan's been keeping you busy, as it has me ! take care *hugs*
ReplyDeleteRauf :) you are funny. Thanks for the compliments
ReplyDeleteReflex. thank you :)
ReplyDeletePria, thanks! It has been a stressful week for me and it kept me away from blogging.
ReplyDeleteHave fun with your camera :) Good luck
hpy, thank you.
ReplyDeleteRadhika, thank you. Hope you are doing ok.
ReplyDeleteMargie, thank you! Im glad you liked them. :)
ReplyDeleteNabeel, thank you. Reflecting surfaces always reflect. The angle of light only makes a difference in the shadow and highlights. At noon, the sun is high up making the subjects bright and over exposed and the shadows are lost.
ReplyDeleteKimberley, thank you. Your comments are really appreciated. Why do you think this post is different from the others?
ReplyDeleteStarry, thank you. :)
ReplyDeleteCorinne, yeah. Thanks for the auto-pilot idea. I first saw it on your blog :)
ReplyDeleteThose pelicans hang out everyday in the marsh and there is always a group of 5 or 6 swimming and fishing together.

ReplyDeleteThank you for sharing. :o)
Hi again.... What I menat was usually when I look at your shots I see a side of "your" world that otherwise I would never see or atleast see it "that way" Your work is GRAND! This is just as grand but its more "commonplace" than your normal I am used to seeing. Great view great shots but just more common for you anyway. I am a huge admirer of your work and this is just my "opinion" as I see it... smile..great as always..
ReplyDeleteGreat thoughts and lovely pics. U have paired them very appropriately, so even the simple pics seem to be saying something.
ReplyDeletewow...yosemite? that's what one of the comments said..gorgeous!!
